Semester-End Show for all Sullivan Dance Classes, Teams & Small Teams

• What: This is our semester-end show where all Sulli dance classes, clubs, large teams and small

teams will be performing!

• When: Thursday, January 19, 2017 @ 7:00PM - Students arrive on stage at 5:00PM sharp for a quick

performers meeting, warm up, stage run throughs if necessary. Doors open to the public at 6:30, and

show starts at 7:00pm.

• Where: The Bell Centre – Sullivan Height’s School Theatre

• Tickets: Admission is by donation at the door only. Suggested minimum donation is $5. Proceeds form

this event go to Dance Grad Student Scholarships as well as our Hip-Hop Team Trip to the Monsters of

Hip-Hop Dance Convention. Thank you in advanced for your support!

For All Competitive Teams, Block 3 Senior Beginner Class & Block 4 Intermediate Class

2 volunteer adult supervisors needed in exchange for free admission! Please contact Ms. Valencia as soon as possible.

• What: A dance competition that features multiple high schools. Our Blocks 3 Senior Beginner Class and our Block 4-1 Junior Intermeidate/Advanced Class will be competing with their class dances!

• When: Saturday, January 14, 2016 - Registration will start at 10:00am. Doors open to the public at 11:30 and the show starts at 12:00PM. It usually runs all day till around 5! If your dancer needs to leave early, please let Ms. Valencia know as soon as possible!

• Where: Lord Tweedsmuir Secondary Gym (6151 180th Street Surrey)

• Tickets: $10 in advance from Ms. Valencia – buy them now before they are sold out! $15 at the door (if any are left remaining).  Please get your tickets early to avoid disappointment.

• To do: Sign & Submit the attached permission form by December 16, 2016! Ensure that you have a ride to and from Lord Tweedsmuir Secondary and invite your friends and family to come and watch!

All Currricular Classes are Involved

• What: Performances by all Surrey Secondary Schools involved with dance. All Sullivan curricular dance classes will be performing their class dances at this show!

• When: Wednesday, January 11, 2017 8:00am – 12:00pm  

• Where: The Bell Centre – Sullivan Height’s School Theatre

• Cost & Tickets: Free – paid for by the district. Family is welcome to come and watch. Lots of seating available.

• To Do: Students are asked to report to the Dance studio to prepare at 8:30 a.m (1st period students arrive at regular start time) this will give them time to change into costumes and safely warm-up and run their routines before we proceed to the theatre for the show. Please note that the show itself will run from 9:30-11:00 so students will be missing their morning classes. The show will also run a few minutes into our regularly scheduled lunch time, but students should have ample time to change and eat before heading to their afternoon classes. This is considered an on-site field trip and teachers will be notified of the students who will miss some class time. Students are asked, however to speak directly to their teachers and complete any missed work in a timely fashion!
